Each and every replacement fluorescent light cover you take home should be better than you imagined it would be. Our replacement lens selection is vast, but beyond just our products it’s important to us that you feel comfortable doing business with us and enjoy our service. Shipping

Our skilled warehouse team is prepared to ship any size order across the United States, and even internationally. From one lens to an entire stock order, most orders ship the same day they are placed.

  • All of our standard catalogued products are stocked in our 40,000 square foot warehouse and available for immediate shipment.
  • Order by 1 PM Central Time and we will ship your order by the next business day.
  • Orders are checked multiple times to ensure accuracy.
  • Hidden damage needs to be reported within 7 days of delivery.

For most of Texas, we offer next day shipping for only $22.50 per box.

Our Return Policy

Contact your Diffuser Specialist Replacement Lens Sales Representative or our Inside Sales for more information on product returns. No product(s) can be returned unless written permission has first been obtained from Replacement Lens specialist on our team and you receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number.

To return any Product(s), please ensure the following:

  • The Product(s) must be in new, saleable, perfect condition.
  • Package your return carefully to ensure it is received by us in good condition.
  • Include all original components and accessories.
  • Write your Company Name and Location, Invoice Number and RMA Number clearly on the outside of your return package.
  • Ship return via UPS Ground to:

 Diffuser Specialist does not make any return exceptions for the following:

  • Special Order Products.
  • Discontinued Products.
  • Products damaged in route to us caused by improper packaging.
  • Products damaged as a result of improper use.
  • Products with obvious signs of use.
